Take 10 Minutes Out Each Day

1.     Find a quiet place

2.     Take a couple of deep breaths and close your eyes. Become aware of your senses

3.     Scan through your body and notice which parts feel comfortable and which tense

4.     Each time the minds wanders, gently bring it back to your breathing pattern

5.     Focus instead on being at ease with whatever is happening in the mind
